Does IPackThat support n-gons?

I using the IPackThat for UVs but when I run the app it crashes immediately. Does this software support n-gons? If not, I can understand the crash but if it does, then I think I need some help diagnosing this problem...

Triangulate your model, export, try in IPackThat, if it works, then you know it's the NGons.
