ANSWERED: Error Message 0x800042260

Im trying to open the reimporter so I can change the ID map. When I click the icon i get this message

System.Runtime.Interopservices.COMException (0x80042260): General Photohop error occured.

System.ArgumentException: Parameter is not valid at System.Drawing.Bitmap.ctor(Stringfilename) at DDO.IDMapper.GetAlhpaXml()
