forgot password send to email doesnt work?

first, congrats to the new version of polycount 

so the main question is , I tried to click forgot password send to my email but it didnt work.
(after dozens of try, somehow luckily remember my password. and able to post the question here)

i saw the my correct email account on my profile after login,.

Seems to be working now
