Started reworking some old assets into a new idea - a remote building outpost, with a dedicated blacksmith's shop inside. The overall structure is based on a 19th century power plant that provided compressed air to nearby silver mines using a water turbine. To sell the idea a bit better, I'm thinking I may need to populate part of the interior with machinery and gears as well.
