If you've played around with VR, then you probably know two things, 1) It's exciting. 2)There are a lot of kinks to be worked out and it looks like Exis is tackling some of those challenges with SprintR.
One of the main problems in VR is controlling movement... Do you move where the person is looking? Do they always have to look where they are going? Can't you run and look back over your shoulder without changing directions? Do people get motion sick from this weird unnatural interaction (yes, yes they do)... The answer to those questions is kind of complicated and largely dependent on the developers, who are for the most part, still barfing in trash cans while they figure out how to do it without taking over your space or putting you on a treadmill.
