Updates to the Polycount forums

We've just completed some much needed updating to the forums at Polycount. Click through for the full list of changes.

• We have added a brand new subset of forums called 'Steam Workshops'. This is to cater to some popular Workshop titles we have at Polycount. Dota 2, Team Fortress 2 now have their own forums. If you know of other Workshop titles that allow for user-generated-content, please let us know. We'd love to host a forum for those titles.
• The Unofficial Polycount Collaboration forum has been removed. All of the posts are moved to the Archives. This forum turned in to a requests forum so it's been shut down.
• The Dota 2 Contest forum is now renamed to the 'Contest & Challenges Archive.' We'll use it to move threads from contests that are not active at Polycount so that they can still be seen/read.
• The Game Art Workshop forum is now removed, as the topics happening in it are better suited for Technical Talk.
