Two more free tutorials from Eat 3D.
In case you missed it, our friends over at Eat 3D have put together two more short tutorials, free of charge.
In the first video, Tor Frick (aka Snefer on Polycount) goes over the basics of setting up vertex painting inside of UDK.
See the video here: http://eat3d.com/free/vertex_painting
In the second video, Markus Hammarstedt demonstrates how to retarget and clean motion capture in MotionBuilder.
See the video here: http://eat3d.com/free/mocap_cleanup
A thanks goes out to Eat 3D and the instructors for putting these together.

are swedish companies the only ones using motionbuilder or what lol?
I don't like the way the tutorial starts of having a pre-setup actor done and saying that's what you'd get from an outsourcing mocap studio as I've either gotten them already mapped to characters, as control rigs or as just a skeletal hierarchy that you'd have to plot to a rig yourself, never as an actor, feels very Vicon 1995.. but yeah, a good vid I guess
What if you want to have the same effect but already baked into the texture? so that you don't need to use udk?
Greetings André
