Vimeo support added

To mark the New Year and more so the feverish requests of the community, we have added Vimeo support to the boards today. It'll work pretty much like the YouTube embedded videos in that you will need to add the vBulletin codes before and aft to make it work. I've posted the syntax to make it work in the request thread here.

im a bit curious, why is vimeo highly requested?
the main problem i have is not being able to jump ahead to a different time in the video.

If you just wait for the full video to load then you can jump ahead. Yes, if it's over an hour it can take a few minutes for this to happen though.
