If you thought the UDK Citadel tech demo was impressive, then get a load of what id Software have in store for you!
More after the jump.
Carmack demonstrated an impressive demo of Rage on the iPhone at Quakecon 2010 during his keynote speech earlier this year. The demo was made using a custom engine based on the id Tech 5 technology with mega texture support. Even more impressive is that it was running at 60 frames per second.
The visual are stunning for an iPhone game and the demo itself rivals most AAA titles from the previous generation of consoles (XBOX/PS2).
Rage HD is now available in the iTunes App Store for $1.99, so get your hands on it while it's hot!
If you missed the video of the keynote speech, here it is for you.

1.99$ is a insane price for this... should be more like 10$
When I was getting into games for the first time you couldn't even get anything looking that good on the fastest desktop computer, and I'm not even that old!
Rage Mobile looks great.
