Inspired by the Racquet Club Estates in Palm Springs. And a lot of Syd Mead's stuff.
Still need to work on a lot of things Comp, Color and textures.
Layout is not final and I'm thinking of bringing in more vegetation to add some color.
Used mostly Substance for the textures.
Comments/Crit are gladly appreciated
More updates soon
EDIT: Improved the post processing and shot.
EDIT: Updated buildings in the back, added foliage, updated various other details and most of all the PP

Cheers!
I've collected some stuff that could improve your scene
some things are oblivious, cause it's not done.
But I'm looking forward to see the final Comp
This reminds me a lot of the fallout 4 concepts pre-apocolypse:
I love Syd Mead's work and the sort of a minimalism that it has.
I'd add some more props though and the architecture of the main building looks very contemporary.
Thanks alot man that is really helpful!.
Some are things I've planned to add but alot of things are new and very interesting, Love the hoverboard idea. I need to bring in more sci fi elements.

I will try to post some breakdown pics of the architecture soon. But off the bat I would say whiteboxing has been the most helpful.
The house has gone through many changes and being able to quickly block out shapes and see them in engine is very helpful.
Work on the basic silhouette and shapes in the beginning is important.
And thanks everyone else for the nice comments
I'll make sure to post an update soon
just what I was gunning for !
DZIBARIK- I'm slowly improving it so hopefully coming updates will push it into that category
DUR23 - Very happy to hear that. I love his style and it provided a lot of inspiration for this
JOSHUAG - Not a bad idea!
Minor crit: Need something to visually key that the vehicle is hovering above the ground and not resting on anything. In some of the camera angles I'm getting an optical disturbance where it looks like its sitting on the curb.
Side thought, don't we normally think of parked 'hover' vehicles as sitting on the ground. I assume with the right passive hovering system (mag lev?) a parked 'hover' vehicle would still hover, and in fact, would never not be hovering.... just a random thought
I'm not sure the rows of flying cars quite work : It took me a while to realise that they weren't badly aliased power lines. They also seem very small compared to the buildings they're flying in front of. Their directionality does add to the composition, though.
I'm probably going to add some fx to better show the hovering.
NGW: Thanks!
As for the flying cars. More people have pointed this out so I'll try to make it more obvious.
