Oh my God, seeing the real thing really does exaplin alot. SOmetimes always drawing from other anatomical drawings can be a bit misleading/confusing and biased ( not every one has the same built-up muscled body sexy body).

They even explain the movement and everything.

That's awesome, thanks for sharing this. I did drawings of cadavers in art school, working next to medical students at Brown University. That was really enlightening. The head instructor there was really excited to have art students interested in anatomy. He brought in a human arm and showed us how the tendons work, etc.

The guy in the video made me think of this guy.
