polygroups > autogroup (or something of that sort) should do that if they're not separate already. Shift+F turns on the wireframe view and also shows your polygroups (separated by colour).
You have to merge all your subtools, don't be afraid, it will keeps your polygroups.
To do so : in Subtool Seciton, look down for Merge => Merge Visible.
Then a new Subtool will be created name as " MERGED... "
Thank you everyone i'll give it a try soon. I'm almost at the export stage.. except im having an issue here. I had to turn the head into a subtool because i needed to have more sub divisions on it so i can have a higher res sculpt.. now i'm having these results and not exactly sure how to attach these together again.
I managed to fix this issue. For some reason maya wont open my obj or fbx exports. I tried this at home and at school computers, and have used different version of my model. The only way i can get it to function properly is to export it via GoZ. But maya keeps crashing.. any idea why maya wont alllow me to open up my files?
