In this thread I am going to go through and post the process of creating the Allen HDX 600 trowel. This machine is used to smooth concrete on large foundations being laid for buildings.
Here is some reference that I am going to be working from.
The part that says HDX600 is not wide enough at the top (in the first image of the 2nd post).
Your camera position in the 1th image is also a bit different so I'm not sure if your comparison lines will really work when their not lined up correctly. And if you can find some images from the sides it would be a big time saver for you too .
And you should not upload these as thumbnails, Its easier to post the whole image. On imgur.com you can easy upload your images and copy/paste the "BBCode (Forums)" link. So people don't have to click on images and open new pages.
Look good
Is a bit proportionally different from the reference, but I'm not sure what you have planned.
What software are you using for modeling/rendering by the way? :O
