ANSWERED: ReRendering project at full resolution changes textures

I'm having an issue working with Ddo. I made a material from 4k source files and set the work settings to 25% of that resolution and a texel density of 512. After I finished the material I went and re-rendered the project at 100% res and a lot of the layers in my material are changing significantly.

First picture is what it looks like at 25% / 1024px and the second is what I get when I render again at 100% / 4096px. Don't mind the tiling difference I just ahd different view options set in 3DO between the 2 pictures.

Is this how I should export Ddo to work? I was assuming I could work at a small scale and just non-destructively export at full res with no problem and it's a good bit slower working at 2048 and up. I'd appreciate any help!
