Hi Everyone, witnessing the surge of artists on Polycount and Artstation producing crazy procedural materials with Substance Designer, we thought we would start an official contest to foster all this creativity.
So yeah, we just launched a procedural material contest!
There are some pricey Quadro cards and plenty of Substance licenses up to grab for the winners.
You can find more details over here

Restricting the theme too much on a material only contest like this wouldn't make much sense because there is very little value for artists and for the jury to compete for the best cracked ground material or the best gun metal, having a broad theme will allow the competition to be much more interesting
It's a challenge that's here to help people learn procedural material creation during the process and from each other while having a chance to win awesome prizes. Tons of artists are already uploading free materials on Substance Share, it's not really the point.
Looking to finish up a texture set and will probably be starting this soon.
Thanks for getting this stuff up and going Jeremie and the rest of the team!
Here is a recap and some gorgeous eye-candy!
All the Substance Designer graphs are available for everyone to dissect on Substance Share!
