Looking cool so far! One thing I will say is that you should scale down the size of some of the bricks even if the bricks are quite large comparing the size of the human size reference it is throwing off the sense of scale I am getting.

I imagine you're going to beat up and weather assets later on? because right now it doesn't look quite "old". Also style wise are you going for the typical hyper real look or something else? I ask because right now proportionally (and some texture tweaks) this looks like it could be something out of Skylanders. It's great that you're establishing a purpose to the temple as well, I would ask questions like, has it been vandalized since its prime? is this so secluded that it's overrun by nature? etc.
I like the strangely shaped trees in your thumbnail sketches, they look much less generic than the current ones great work on the temple so far. Those cracks seem to be a bit too uniformly wide, I would expect some cracks to look thin and others to have patches of deeper wider cuts.
