Hi!  My name is Warren Marshall.

I'm currently an environment/hard surface artist-for-hire living in Raleigh, NC!

I worked at Epic Games for over 15 years working on titles like Unreal Tournament, Gears of War and Fortnite.  After that, I went into freelancing.  Since then I've done prop and environment work for some fun projects including We Happy Few from Compulsion Games, and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. I've also done a bunch of asset packs for the various marketplaces.

I have experience with Unreal Engine 4 and Unity and know how to put assets together quickly that look good in those engines.

Do you need an experienced artist to work on your project?

Why hire me? The honest answer is because I'm good and I'm fast. That's not bragging for ego's sake - it's just a reflection of my almost 2 decades of experience making games for a living.

What do I charge? Talking numbers on a web page seems unproductive and impersonal - besides everyone's situation is different and every project unique. Shoot me an email and we can talk about what you need.

What you get for the money is on time, on budget, professionally crafted art that "just works". Iterations are to be expected, design wise, but from a technical point of view the art will be solid from the first delivery.

This is a modular set I just completed for the various marketplaces ... Unreal and Unity, specifically.  Over a hundred meshes you can bash together into the ruins of your dreams!

This was created over the course of about 10 days.
