I think the final result of the sculpting is 100% solid.
The final result of the diffuse for a unlit mobile shader is a bit flat looking. Maybe just the helmet feels flat and the metal scratched areas are too dull.
I would overlay a converted world space map at like 50% opacity to get things to pop more I think, atleast on the helmet. Also maybe manually go in and add some highlights to the scratched metal edges where sunlight would hit from the top.
