What you need to do is have your reference opened on a second screen or somewhere at the side of your monitor if you only have one at all times. Unless you have some kind of super photographic memory, looking at some reference and then closing it won't do you much good.
You're trying hard enough, but there seems to be no improvement with your sculpts, so I guess that you're approaching that the wrong way.
Firstly, while studying anatomy, do not limit yourself to a timeframe. You're not working for a customer, you're doing this to get better.
Secondly, you're missing the fundamental knowledge, that is the reason you're not improving.
You will not sculpt proper torso, just by looking at the picture. You have to know, what you're seeing, how muscles originate and insert, what shapes do they form.
In addition, try to sculpt a male torso. It is easier, because you can see shapes, muscles etc.

Thank you for your feedback Jakub. I really appriciate this kind of posts
The time frame is not true actually sometimes I work around 3 maybe more hours. Depends on how is it going.
It seems that your post is true and you actually know you are talkin about.
I can try to make the male one but I would like to focus on female characters so thats why I started with them. So probably I think I will try to study the muscles and forms little bit more to actually start understand it. Cause I got some parts I think and the biggest problem for me is probably the belly area and the back.
But Again thank you very much so happy to see people to support me in my work and I ll take your suggestions in consider and Try to make it better and better.
