Hello, My name is Nick and I have issues rigging first Person arms in Max.
My problem lies within the categories of animation in Max, I can either use Biped, Bones, or CAT tools. I tend to use Bones because I feel they are the industry standard for animation in video games, which is what I am using them for. Though every rig I download from Game Banana they are using Biped!??? I've been working in Max for about 2 years now and I don't want to find that I have been doing the process incorrectly. I am intending on using these arms to hold guns in them with a wrist controller because I don't like candy wrappers. Any advice and workflow tips would be much appreciated.
