SOLVED: just preordered quixel suite 2

Hello Everyone, this is Eth from the state studios , so today me and my team got the preordered version of quixel suite 2 but now there is something I don't understand, right here it says: " You will be notified the moment Quixel SUITE 2.0 is released. Your license(s) will be tied to your email address." what do they actually mean? are they going to give me the licenses keys once they get quixel suite 2.0 ready ? and please notice that the email's registered account on quixel website is not the same one we used to pre order quixel 2, so are we fine or what?

Hi Eth!

Does your company already own the current suite, 1.8? Since you say you already have registered e-mails on the Quixel website. 2.0 is a free upgrade so if you own 1.8 already you don't need to buy it
If you would like to change the mail adress tied to the licens or have any more questions about the license you can e-mail Cyra@quixel.se and she will answer any questions you might have

no Eric, my company doesn't own suite 1.8 that's why we pre ordered 2.0 I just registered an account with the email ethmain2015@gmail.com before we pre order 2.0 but sadly we used an other email other than ethmain2015@gmail.com when we bought it using shopify so Idk what to do now, should I contact Cyra and tell her that I want to link my account with the email I used to pre order quixel?
