WoW creature sculpt WIP

Hello everyone, this is my first post here. I've been working on this creature sculpt since yesterday and looking to get some feedback on its progress. The sculpt is based on some recent Blizzard concept art for the new WoW expansion. It's got a ways to go, still have to work on the hair and wings, as well as details in the arms/hands, and legs/feet. I plan on doing retopo and textures as well, with a hand-painted Blizzard/WoW style. Anyway, all feedback is appreciated!

right now what stands out to me is that the hands are too small and the upper leg isn't long enough.

Hey guys, thanks for the comments so far. Got a couple more hours in earlier. I put in a blob for the hair and shaped it around a bit. I also scaled some areas around, blocked out the bones of the wings, and put his arms in a more neutral pose. Feedback appreciated, thanks!

The legs and feet right now are looking very human, and not very animal. here are some dog legs as an example.

I think overall you could work on making the shapes more jagged. For example the ears in you sculpt are a little too smooth where in the concept the curves are made up of angles and straights. This same shape language can be applied allover your sculpt, like in the arms legs and torso. I think this will help to strengthen the silhouette.

Here's where I am so far. Need to work on the wings and hair. I think I'm going to sculpt the hair. Thoughts?

the 'arms' of the wing are a bit inconsistent in thickness. they look good by the elbow, but thin out before the wrist. In the reference you're using they look pretty sturdy all the way along.
