[KF2] Item Broken Ceramic Mask

Hi! I'm working with echofourpapa. We got a bit of a late start, but our submission is a broken decorative ceramic mask that is similar to the ones below.

The surface of the mask will show many cracks, and almost half of the mask will be missing due to being smashed or shot or slashed or some other incredibly exciting reason.

Underneath the mask will be exposed face as well as leather straps that cross the eyes and mouth of the character. There will be places where the straps are very obviously fastened to the skin below by rivets or bolts or something.

We'll have a block-out and concept up very soon!

Just posting the quick rough I did before going back in for the high poly. Not too thrilled with the mask so it's definitely going to get a lot more work. I've also not yet added any sort of veil around the sides. It might or might not make it depending on time.

Progress update. Working on the high poly and getting the fractured ceramic look going. Also tried to get the mask looking better.

Added some more mask detail and moved the nails around. Unless there needs to be some sort of fragile something holding the two halves of the mask together (wire, barbed wire, duct tape), I believe the next step will be some zbrush detail for cracks and more surface flourishes followed by a bakedown and ndo work.
