Hi, welcome to my sketchbook!
Below you can see some recent projects I call finished.
In the other posts you can find the work in progress images.
Home viewing application
For my bachelor exam I developed a home viewing application for smartphones / tablets. The application was made in Unity. I still want to add some more functions to make it more usable. It was mainly used as a presentation for a new apartment complex building and not released as an actual application.
Below is a wireframe image of the unity scene.

I just started blocking out and giving it some shape, no real details are in there yet.
This is the first complete gun I'm making, I have done some parts of guns and a few dota 2 weapons, but I'm trying to improve my skills with this one.
Below is the reference I currently use, I'm having a hard time finding the same versions of this gun, the reference that I use for the top view is a little different..
Some shots from all sides.
And here is a close up with the wires, I had a real struggle with the part where the metal and wood are layered ontop of the wood with all the round corners.
Feedback on the wires, tips or critique is welcome
Note, screenshots are from the high poly model.
Feedback and critique is most welcome. (any tips about how to make certain things more efficient or anything like that is welcome too
Some parts have support edges and others use smoothing groups, the wood frame has no smoothing groups.
Feel free to post feedback.
These images are 3ds max screenshots, no marmoset this time
Its been a while that I've worked on this one, I made a low poly version did the unwrapping and started baking today.
Here's the current result, it still has some quirks.
I took the wood texture from a greyscale wood material from substance designer and painted it on the model with Mudbox so I could make it seamless.
In substance designer I blended it with a color.
You can view the current model in marmoset viewer with textures on my artstation page.
To do:
- The wood needs more wear & tear, I might do a sculpt pass;
- The metal should have a matte paint with some metal scratches;
- The muzzle flash looks a bit cartoony instead of "real".
Feel free to post feedback, critics or anything relatedSince images say more then words below are some images.
And an image of that scene can been seen below.
Walkthrough.
Settings menu.
There are currently a few options, you can hide furniture and switch a floor style.
Perspective options.
You can also switch perspective. While in the top view the user can select a room and see what it is and the size of it.
My current personal project is to try out virtual reality.
The current progress is a spinal court with ribs attached. The idea is that you can walk in it and look around. My first idea was to walk in the belly of a monster. Now im not sure if i should make a pile of bones in a desert / jungle or a closed area like a belly of a beast.
Perspective shot.
The models have 2 lod's and share one uv table.
