Now I don't claim to be a huge anatomy expert but I noticed a few things I would improve. I'm just comparing with the anatomy statues I have on my desk (really recommend getting some).
Some parts are a little lumpy, the knees bulge out on the outside a little much, and the padding on the index finger is too much.
Also on the forearm it looks like that bone is wiggly. Also check where the forearm muscles overlap and wrap around the bicep.
this is awesome. I did some circling to help you out. I was only able to find this stuff because your overall sculpt was really good so I don't want you to think I'm trying to make it look bad with all that red lol. I hope it helps.
