zbrush adjust rotation pivot

I'm still relatively new to character modeling so I'm aware I messed up. I made the bust above in Zbrush, but when trying to polypaint the eyes it ends up looking cross-eyed on the model. I want to keep the same face structure so is it possible to rotate the eyes around its center? every time I try with local symmetry it doesnt rotate around the middle of the eyeball. Also, whenever I use the set pivot button it moves the eye so its not in the socket anymore
