just working on the inital concept for the character feeling out how evil it should look and if i am going in the right direction wanted to see if anyone had suggestions of how to improve

Design wise, I feel like it's overall a bit lacking in terms of a specific assertion.

What I mean by that is nothing in particular stands out about this guy besides his teeth.

See if this helps: ask what this demon worships exactly.

For example, in Warhammer 40K, the Chaos God, Nurgle, thrives on pestilence and disease. His worshippers follow in suit. Their artistic direction takes on uncomfortable, putrid colors and elements.



Looking at your character now, I'm seeing the surface texture of wet, wrinkled skin. Perhaps this demon worships flesh? Thrives on disgusting fleshy bits.
