Character Model for Indie Action Game - need critique!

Hi guys, this is my first post. This is a model I'm working on for a game I've developing in Unity. I don't want to reveal much about the game until it's closer to release, but I want to get some experienced eyes on the model before I start to rig and animate him.

Anything stand out as being problematic, or does he look pretty kosher in terms of topology? He will be animated for action stuff, running, jumping, and slashing. Any facial animation will be animated textures since I don't have the time to do full facial animations. the character is a medium distance from the camera (think a sidescrolling beat 'em up).
