Recently signed up to Pinterest and found a concept that I liked, so I thought I'd give it a go. However there are a ton of errors in the drawing, so work is slow going as I attempt to bring it all together.
Doing about an hour a day over the last week. Once complete it will go in unreal engine.

The concept shows thicker support beams on the railings in general. The way your handling the transition from the stairs to railings on the third story shows some laziness on your part (the railings for the stairs align with the top railings of the balcony); go back and execute on the concept. Rework it, I know it's a pain in the ass cause all the angles....and it probably means redoing your stairs and possibly retouching the porch so the stair scales are even, but it'll make all the difference in the world to revisit it.
Good luck.
Pixelpatron, good spot with the stairs, I hadn't done any work on them at that point apart from throw them in quickly when I was blocking out. Done work on them now and yeah they were a bit of a pain and had to lower the top railing to get them to fit.
Also got myself better organised now with everything in layers at last.

Problem is still there, but reduced, which makes me believe that, I'm hitting a resolution problem because of the size of the asset.
Problems, but I'm still learning a great deal from doing this, looks like I need to break the model down when importing into unreal to give me more uv space.
