Textures are Diffuse, normals, gloss and occlusion clockwise, spec is a uniform gray.

Looking good man! Although in my opinion, those dark grey leather straps in the front look off, since they have such higher detail level than the rest of the texture.

You're texture work looks a bit muddy overall. Try sharpening your textures a bit. The leather straps feel off. It looks like you took a real life photo and put them on there which is killing the hand-painted feel your're going for.
