how do i get a Marmoset Toolbag 2 existing user license?

Hey, this may be the wrong place to post this, and it may be a retarded question

I am a Toolbag 1 user and want to upgrade to toolbag 2, according to the Marmoset website I can use my invoice id from TB1 to get a discount on TB2, but when i enter it its says "not a valid code" just wondering am i missing something obvious?

I had the same issue happen. I emailed Marmoset and they reset the code for me.
