When I made my "half" Mempo I had in mind to create a Kabuto for a set but the polycount was problematic, I hope you don't have the same issue

Thanks Pete Die, In the normal map is only with projection of the High poly model into Low poly model, i used DDo to first texturing pass and final Details i used Substance painter

Regarding color variation, i haven't been able to find anything about it. is it just having different diffuse maps?
