hey pals im making goggles and a gasmask for ana
i made a quick dynamesh concept to see if it looks good. Time to model this thing!

Think about Ana as a character btw. She's French - maybe one of the British characters would be better suited to an RAF styled outfit.
Goggles look great however.

yeahhhh , maybe she bought the goggles on ebay!
Highpoly almost done!
you'll be able to use the gasmask with other glasses :poly124:

anybody using blender? im having a hard time importing stuff in udk , the size is all wrong and i get this message when importing my models
im using an edgesplit modifier to make some edges sharp but it looks like this in udk(im a UE4 user and it works fine in that engine)
if i find a solution ill update this thread :poly121:

Under the FBX export options, change your smoothing from "normals only" to "face"

finally found the solution , my item was really tiny in game , heres how i fixed it.
and i fixed the smoothing group issue by checking preserve smoothing groups in the udk import menu
