Been holding off making one for too long. Since it's my first, I'm sure you can spot a million things wrong with it. However, all the modeling, rigging and dynamics were done by me.

I recommend watching the youtube vid on Firefox; the audio sync is off when played on Chrome for some reason.

    I think it all seems a bit flat, the lips almost always seem parallel to each other, for instance the word "joy" has a shape of the mouth should be more of an "O".

    Why not record yourself doing the same speech to use as reference if you haven't already.
