In my opinion I understand its a huge country to modernise but what they should do is focus on the major cities from Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney to Brisbane and then in the future expand it to Cairns and Perth on ether end.

A bit of topic but while they are making so much money on mineral excavation and exporting to Asia they should invest heavily and put the money into solar power and export it to Asia. Not sure about water supply to meet there needs for the future, desalination running of renewable energy? anyhoo back to my research papers :poly141:
