UK Laptop buying question

Hey all. I've recently moved to the UK and am interested in buying a laptop for gaming, 2d and some limited 3d.

What are the recommended retailers in the UK? Fast delivery, and fast warranty replacement are what I'm most interested in.

Also does anyone have experience with mobile graphics? What's a good mid to high end card to look for that'll hold up for 2 years or so?

Also, any companies to specifically avoid when looking for broadband packages?

My brother got his laptop from here. You can customise what components you want and stuff. Prices seemed good and his laptop does too.

Ha - ghaztehschmexeh beat me to it. Well, there's high recommendation.

My son bought from PC Specialist who made up a custom gaming laptop very quickly for him. He's had no trouble with it and I'm buying a gaming/dev laptop with them myself as soon as the cash becomes available.

I'd suggest getting a laptop with at least a 860M or 960M, PC Specialist seems pretty great, IPS screens too.

I get my pc's from pc specialist also Gmanx. They have been great so far( I have bought 2)

re broadband , don't use talk talk or plusnet. I am not too fussed on sky either

currently have Unlimited BT Infinity 2 ( 76 MB), which is ok.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I checked them out and they both seem solid. I also found this site https://www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk/ which seems to offer pretty solid laptops available with next-day delivery. Anyone know anything about them? They seem to be the only ones offering a combo of an i7-4810mq and an Nvidia 980m, for about the same price as a lower spec combo on the other sites.

Virgin's decent for broadband, providing your exchange isn't over-subscribed, and they're bumping speeds up soon with 100mbit as their entry level service, upload is only 6mb though
