You're off to a good start, Gustavo.
There are some pretty big structural problems here that I think you could correct with relatively little effort. I think the pose is a little stiff and as a result it is throwing the anatomy off. In profile he is standing to erect and has lost all appearance of a spine. The side shot is one that is most important as it shows you understanding of form and weight distribution. Watch also for the egg shape that is the rib cage. It is tilted back slightly at the top and thus sticks out a little further at the bottom. I think you could also bring his shoulders in a bit and up. What you currently have seems a little droopy.
The face is much better but still has a few issues. Watch for the placement of the ear. It should be located between the eyebrow at the top and the bottom of the nose. Don't be afraid to pull them out a little as well.
Your details are nice but remember that you need to get the underlying structure correct so that the whole thing comes together. Don't rush to add small details just yet. Get your base forms to line up and this will start coming together.
Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see another pass on this guy.

Here is an updadte
Tried to leave Latissimus Dorsi above the Serratus Anterior and Iliocostolis Lumborum, this time.
For me it looks better.
Also, I gave some attention to the legs although they're gonna be covered buy cloth. I'm still gonna smooth the legs and make some muscles less visible.
And, of course, tried to fix the whole torso towards weight distribuition.
