Im looking to bring this character to full completion, Im am looking for ways to create the furry poncho he is wearing. Any suggestions or examples I could follow to make it look nice and game ready?

    you worked very good on the assets, but your character is taller than the reference, look at the proportion ratio of body to head in reference, it's about 1.5, and for the furry poncho, in my opinion, you can create a rough form, by masking that shape on the body, and then extracting the masked part, after that using fibermesh in the tool menu will finalize your poncho.
