Pixel art texture maps losing hard edges when applied to model.

Ok what I want is to apply this technique to my models.

I started by unwrapping a house I made. As far as I can tell the UV's are nice a crisp.

But when I apply my texture to the model in unity, I get this horrible blurred look.

How can I fix this?

Set the filtering mode on the texture to Nearest rather than Bilinear/Trilinear.
