You seem to have a habit to start these "asking help" threads too often, and in a wrong section.

How about starting a proper project with one thread and ask help when you really need it, while making progress?

I agree, all of your threads are just questions to small simple things. Maybe just make one general thread like others do and then just post wips there.

The most of your thread could fit in the technical talk. And actually that key chain you have need only 1 bone so it can swing based on that.

Also it depends on the software you use.. I could tell you that you can make that in a few clicks with 3ds Max's Spring object under create>Dynamic Objects>Spring but you are probably using another application.
