Substance Painter 1.5 crashes my computer

Hi, i'm testing out SP 1.5 but i haven't gotten really far into it simply because after using it for anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes it crashes my computer giving an error saying something like:
Unable to recover from kernel exception. The application must close.
Error code: 3
Proceeds to freeze my computer and i having to hard reset. This ONLY happens in SP and i have never experienced it before. I tried re installing but still happened.
Seems to be related to "nVidia OpenGL driver", even though i'm using directX while in SP.
Any help would be great because i'm not touching this piece of software until someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks..
