Maya - Rotating Controls is SLOW

I have tested this rig on multiple computers. The computer that it is running on for the video has 16 GB ram and a i7 3.4 GHz.

Whenever I try and rotate any of my controls it is VERY laggy. A timeglass icon appears and my CPU load increases to about 25% total. Ram stays stead and hard drive as well.

I am currently using Maya 2016.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Edit:
After more testing I see that the feet and head controls are fast. But the spine control I show in the video is control a large amount of bones and is very slow.

You can try going to Modify > Evaluate Nodes > Ignore All but I'm not sure if that will affect how your rig moves when you adjust the controllers. Worth a look anyhow.

Yeah that made it really fast, but now nothing moves

Okay, I turned each one of the options under that menu back on, one at a time and found the culprit.

It was "Snapshots"
