It's also hard to point you to the right direction; since no one knows what you can do. Unless I'm blind, you have no folio, nor do you post your WIPs or completed work here.

Some artists have done mentorship in the past, and I can tell you that none of the mentor-ees were newbie. Instead, usually those chosen to participate were on the verge of becoming awesome.

If you're not at that level yet, you can simply ask around for help here. I find feedback I get from artists here to be very helpful to my growth.

You're looking for mentorship but maybe you can convince Bruno Camara to do one of his online workshops in English. He sounded alright speaking English in the "How to find your path in CG industry?" hangout presentation.
