xNormal Normal Map problem

hey guys, im getting this kinds of problem on my normal map. i dont remember what things i pressed, but i tried to change it back to the ones before but i can't. i keep trying out drifferent option cobinations but still cant get it to look like the ones before. how do i do it?

Are you using the ray distance calculator or a cage?

Hard to say exactly what you did to cause your bakes to end up being bad without more information, but I would start with the things I mentioned before or check your mesh scale and alignment. The HP and LP should be occupying the same 3D space (you can verify using xNormal's 3D Viewer).
