Hey, everyone
I've been working on another portfolio piece before I start my last year of University, it has taken about 3 days to get to this point, I'm hoping to add a few more assets to flesh out the scene a bit more. I have been using unreal engine 4, Maya 2015 and Photoshop.

Any feedback would be awesome.

Thanks Sam :D

I would say turn down the bloom and vignette a notch or two, and also lower the intensity of the ambient light to add more depth to the shadows.

Also some of your low stone walls look like they're shading incorrectly (the bricks appear to be sunken in rather than sticking out)

I like your grass and bushes!

Thanks for the reply. Some of the UV's were flipped the wrong way thanks for spotting this as I didn't until now.

I would say the biggest problem for me is that the colour palette for this entire environment is a little dull at the moment? Although the scene is looking decently populated. Maybe switch up the colours on the leaves on your trees to have a slight blend towards yellow or blue greens on the odd leaves and same with the grass.
There's also a really big seam down the middle of the side of the church, I'm not sure if that's from normal problems or from texture bleed in general but it's worth fixing it or covering it up with something?
The texture on the brick wall seems a little stretched horizontally and actually could possibly do with a little more detailing? As right now it looks like a rounded block with a texture mapped on and no additional bumps or extruding geometry which is making it look very flat.

Still this is a very nice start, keep going (y)

I agree with kid in the dark, the textures look washed out.

Thanks for the feedback I will try and edit some of the textures to try and make them pop a bit more.
