Hey there :) My first suggestion would be to get yourself a tablet, even if it is just a small wacom Bamboo. It is good to learn to use it from early on and will give you way more freedom and feeling with you model especially wrinkles/fold sculpting. Proportion wise I feel like his armband ass are a bit too short. For the legs try having a notion of the underlying structure, the muscle groups and silhouette. I know he is wearing cargo pants but still you would notice the underlying plane changes from the upper legs to the knees or the calf muscle that sticks out. You would especially notice this in the wrinkles and fold as these anatomy masses give more tention to the fabric. Here is an example from Cedric Seaut that in my opinion is amazing. cedric-seaut-a09537a4820f0007d422a286f5b3cb2c.jpg?1420830920

Try understanding how the folds would flow and where the tention points of the cloth are. Try watching some tutorials about cloth theory and how to sculpt them as it is in my humble opinion one of the hardest things to learn next to anatomy.

Good luck and I hope my reply was somewhat helpful ;)

Glad I could help out ;) Will keep an eye out for your progression, would love to see where you will take this guy. Yea a tablet is such freedom and ease when it comes to sculpting, I wouldn't know what to do without it :)
