Here is a fantasy knight-adventurer girl. Whole idea is mine and I'm terrible at concept art, so this is more like a sketch now made in zbrush.

But from what I can see; shoulder muscles seem off. Body seems quite long or arms too short. Neck (especially the front part) doesn't look right. And her face is pretty masculine-looking.
I think for a sketch it looks pretty good. Looks like you know where everything goes. Only one thing is that ladies in scant armor are a dime a dozen so you are really going to have to make an attractive body to make a difference. The anatomy is pretty good but like you say its just a sketch, so it needs to be tightened and the face is not attractive at the moment. That is perhaps the most challenging thing. You should do a bunch of head sketches (sculpts) right now to find a good one.

I like sexy girls in skimpy armors like anyone else, but trying to do a full armor and keeping it sexy could be a nice exercise.
