Render problems

Hey guys, I feel so stuck trying to render those two characters,the warrior is the harder for me because the armor and the reflexes.

The warrior actually looks better imo. Nice contrast, clear silhouette, very obvious light direction and all.

The troll looks completely off because the lighting hits it from complete different direction which doesn't make sense. Unless you have a light bulb between the 2.
