Hello everyone! I would like to share with you a project that I have been working on for the past couple of months.
I wanted to make a scene with UE4, to learn the program a little more, so I chose to make a re-creation of the Superlab from the TV show 'Breaking Bad', which has got to be one of my favourite shows of all time.
I built everything here from scratch using a bunch of reference images I had collected, and loads of screenshots! I used Maya for modeling, and textured in Substance.
Any comments or constructive criticism are welcome, and any tips or advice! Thanks for taking the time to check out my work as well!
Thanks everyone! I have added some stills, I'm still a bit new at showing these sort of things off, was not sure whether to post images or not! Thanks!
Great composition and attention to detail! Looks like you really captured the environment. Only minor things I could add is that it might be nice to see a little bit more detail variation in some of the materials, liked added wear in the floor roughness map or something (you can kind of see how scuffed up they are in this shot):
Definitely agree with atomander. Adding some roughness and wear on the floor would really help this piece.Maybe make some of the tools look like they had been used. Also, itd be really cool to see a tray of that bay blue somewhere!
Very nice scene so far. I agree with the other guys about the fact that you need to give more love to some material and even to some modeling pieces. You could have a second pass on your grids, pilars or pipes just to break a little bit some silhouettes which are too "perfect".

How about some pics to go with the video though?
I agree with putting up some stills though, makes it easier to critique things like the texture work which is hard to get from a streamed video.
Great work!
Keep on the good work !
Will you model the annoying fly?
