i think this is fixed in their most updated release, that happens when you turn on Local reflections, it looks like an image is overlayed in the shadowing.
I do not know for sure what causes this but you can also request assistance at the marmoset topics thread pasted in the top row of links before these posts in tech talk.
Try this: Select the tris causing the issue, and instead of reversing hit "normals -> set to face" then soften edges again. Delete the mesh in marmoset then reimport.
